The contents of the CISMEF brochure will be based on the information provided in the application form. The exhibitor should send to the Organizing Committee the application form, product catalogue, a photocopy of the corporation's business license and a photocopy of brand registration certificate.
The exhibitor should be an independent corporation. The enterprise's name, exhibition catalogue, and brand name appeared in the exhibition hall should be the same as mentioned in the application form.
The booth cannot be transferred to a third party without written agreement of the Organizing Committee.
The exhibition position will be reserved after receiving the amount of exhibition expense from the exhibiting enterprise. Every enterprise do not have the permission until the Organizing Committee sending out the confirmation letter.
Exhibitor, who needs to specially furnish the booth, should provide the design drawing to the Organizing Committee for approval within required time limit and can execute the renovation after being approved.
Special Illuminations:
i Settings of Standard Exhibition Booth include: exhibition board, banner, one piece of display counter, two pieces of display chairs and two pieces of spotlights.
ii Special decoration will be charged for 28 RMB per square meter.
iii Electricity and exhibition instruments used for special decoration will be charged by the Center. For further information please consult the Secretariat of the Organizing Committee.
Notice:
The exhibitor is deemed to acknowledge and accept all the terms in the invitation letter once the Application is presented to the Overseas Investment and Exhibition Section of the Organizing Committee.
